HARPAL CARE: Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

At HARPAL CARE, we are committed to processing and shipping your personal care essentials swiftly and securely. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cut off Time: Orders placed after [Time 09:00 AM IST] will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Destinations and Coverage

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to most major cities and serviceable pin codes across [Your Country, e.g., India].

International Shipping: [Choose one option below and delete the other:]

Option A (Not Available): We currently do not offer international shipping.

Option B (Available): We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary significantly based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination pin code, and the chosen shipping method. The final shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all  orders over ₹ 499.00/-

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin after the order has been processed and shipped (i.e., after the 1-3 business day processing time).

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, courier issues, or remote locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to the courier company's website. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment until it reaches you.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments

As outlined in our Payment Policy, all COD orders require a non-refundable pre-booking fee of ₹69 before dispatch.

Dispatch: COD orders will only be dispatched after the successful payment of the ₹69 pre-booking fee.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to us (RTO). The ₹69 pre-booking fee is non-refundable in case of RTO.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

Please check with your neighbors or apartment management office.

Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered prematurely.

HARPAL CARE is responsible for ensuring the package is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but claim to be lost/stolen afterward. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.

8. Change of Shipping Address

Any requests for a change of shipping address must be made immediately after placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect the shipment. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete before checking out.
