To ensure responsible ordering and to offset logistics costs associated with failed deliveries, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders placed with HARPAL CARE require a small, non-refundable pre-payment.

The ₹69 Pre-Booking Fee is NOT refundable if:
The customer cancels the order after it has been shipped or transferred to our courier partner ("mid-route" cancellation).
The customer fails to accept the delivery, and the order is returned to us (RTO).
The customer provides an incorrect address, and the package cannot be delivered.
3. Order Processing and Confirmation
Prepaid Orders: Processed immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
COD Orders: The order will only be fully confirmed and dispatched once the ₹69 Pre-Booking Fee is successfully processed.
4. Security
We ensure that all prepaid transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. HARPAL CARE does not store your complete credit card or financial information.
