Due to the sensitive and intimate nature of our products, and to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
No Returns or Exchanges Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product purchased through our website. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its storage or handling, and therefore cannot restock or resell it.
We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. By purchasing from HARPAL CARE, you agree to this no-return policy.
Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns based on a change of mind, your satisfaction regarding the condition of the items you receive is paramount.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., the wrong product was shipped), please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
How to Report an Issue:
Contact Us Within: You must contact our customer care team at Customer Service Number 8158896763 (WhatsApp/call) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide Documentation: Please include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Resolution: Upon review and verification, HARPAL CARE will, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
A full refund for the affected item.
A replacement of the affected item, shipped at our cost.
We are unable to process any claims for damage or error reported after the 48-hour window.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping phase. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the No Returns policy applies.
